Research and sources
We prefer official government and park information, scientific publications and other reliable primary sources. A source supports a specific statement; linking it does not mean it supports every detail of a page. We distinguish documented facts from interpretation and avoid presenting uncertainty as certainty.
Travel, wildlife and conservation
Travel rules, opening hours and services can change. Check current practical information with official authorities or providers. Species identification uses scientific names; conservation assessments have their own dates and scope. We do not invent sightings, populations or safety assurances, and an image is not evidence of a local sighting.
Independence and corrections
Paid relationships must not determine factual nature or conservation information. Future advertising and sponsored material must be labelled separately from editorial content. Report an error through Contact with the page and supporting source; corrections are reviewed before changes are published. Photos are selected for identity, relevance, license and attribution, with actual locations stated where appropriate.
