OIKN documented operating coffee and bakery businesses in the government core in May 2026, including a café in the round building and a bakery near Kantor Bersama. These are contemporary conveniences for workers and visitors. Coffee, pastry and a seat in the shade can make a long architecture walk more comfortable; they are not presented here as foods invented in IKN.
